The renewal of your membership is not automatic. You are free to renew or not renew your membership upon expiry.
You will be informed by email or SMS of your membership expiry 30 days in advance, and again on the day itself, so you can easily renew it.
The renewal is offered at the same price as the initial membership, which is £3 per year, and does not result in the issuance of a new loyalty card.
If you do not renew your membership upon expiry, your points balance will be frozen until the end of its validity period. However, it will remain recoverable at any time by renewing your membership before this period expires.
If you renew your membership before its original expiry date, your anniversary date remains unchanged and still corresponds to the date set during your first membership.
